Muscle Relaxation
Cupping, Guasha therapy, and Indian Head massage help relieve aches and pains, reducing muscular tensions and promoting physical and mental relaxation.
Research demonstrates that somatic therapies like these increase lymphatic and blood flow. This therefore has an impact on detoxification, decreasing inflammation and increasing your body’s immune response.
Muscle relaxation therapies promote healing and reduces recovery time from injury while increasing a feeling of well-being.
Acupuncture
This is my specialty. Acupuncture is used mainly to relieve discomfort associated with a variety of diseases and conditions which can stem from our chi or energy meridians becoming out of balance in our bodies. Acupuncture enables smooth flow of chi enabling us to be in better balance.
I specialize in treating PTSD, stress and anxiety, pain management and digestive issues. I have advanced training including Auricular therapy to include as add-ons to your session.
